Fellowship United Church of Christ strongly believes in a ministry of outreach. The following are highlights of mission activities:
- Fellowship UCC is one of the Lake County sites for food distribution when persons call the 211 "first call for help" line. Persons can get three days of non-perishable foods for their family and they can access our pantry once per month. We receive food from United Way and from donations from parishioners. We thank Sherry Boyce and Colleen Tabor who have overseen the workings of our pantry. They make appointments with those who call and arrange a time that is convenient for the family to come to get the food.
- The congregation assembles packets of toiletries for the homeless and delivers them to a site where the homeless can gather during the week.
- School supplies were provided to several Lake County agencies for children in need.
- Holiday food, Christmas toys, and other items were provided to Lake County residents in need.
- We strongly support our denominations Our Church's Wider Mission that serves persons here and abroad.
